Struggling with subject choices, course applications and career paths is confusing, complicated and can feel overwhelming at times. Today’s world contains a plethora of career options; a few decades ago, creative computing or social media management didn’t exist. Jobs that peaked in the 70s don’t exist anymore and have been replaced with specialised work such as product design or life coaching. Netflix has irrevocably altered the entertainment, Amazon’s done the same with retail. In such a rapidly changing world, finding a place to belong seems daunting.

As market requirements shift, identifying one’s unique strengths and passions is key to finding a long-term career. Career assessment helps individuals specialise in their fields of interest; mediocrity falls short in a world this competitive, and achieving excellence in your niche is of paramount importance. Determining your strengths, academic competence and interests helps you capitalise on what you have and gain insight into how to use it to stand out in your career.

Naturally, we doubt that a short AI test and a half an hour long counselling session is the magic formula to figuring life out, but we know what traps not to fall into. The conclusions drawn will lay close to your aspirations, abilities and passions and we do guarantee satisfaction and joy in your eventually chosen path after our career assessment. Although artificial intelligence may sift through data better than our team, we believe human empathy and a deep emotional understanding of an individual has a role to play in their choices. The career assessment is a student-led investment of time and effort, supported by our resources at their disposal. We are determined to dedicate months of time and dogged effort to guide each student to a conclusion on what to pursue.

The assessment includes research assignments, conversations with industry experts and continuous testing to lead to a 35-page report with a career choice, a guide and an eventual destination. With the right mixture of time, faith and patience this process could be life-altering and guarantee you job satisfaction. It is not a last-ditch advice session; we will not be making decisions on your behalf.

Career assessments are only offered post the completion of 8th grade, from grades 9 to 11. For 12th graders, we can help guide you through choosing your major.

We are available for a minimum timeframe of 3 months.

For those that have just completed their undergraduate degrees and want to explore higher education, and for those that are entering the market for employment, this journey takes longer and demands more effort.
